We offers Sonics bench model and custom machinery for single point, multi-point or multi-plane thermal staking and inserting applications. Typical inserting applications include driving metal parts, such as a threaded brass insert, into a hollow boss opening. Typical staking applications include forming a solid boss into a rivet type head to capture or retain a secondary part.
